Ekaterina oversees Aquisor's operations, designing scalable processes across research, outreach, and client delivery. She brings extensive buy-side experience, having previously run day-to-day operations for Harvey & Company's European office.

Anne-Laure leads business development, building relationships with PEs across Europe with a particular focus on French-speaking markets. She brings two decades of experience across entrepreneurship and real estate.

Camila supports project delivery at Aquisor, coordinating research, outreach, and pipeline management across active mandates. She brings a background in economics and investment, with experience in fund allocation and cross-border business development.

Daniel drives deal origination for Aquisor in the German market, leading outreach and managing conversations with founders and shareholders. He brings five years of M&A experience from Artemis Origination, PwC Deutschland, and BearingPoint Capital, covering buy-side mandates across European mid-cap transactions.

Babylyn conducts target research at Aquisor, scanning European markets and profiling acquisition candidates against client investment criteria. She brings six years of investor research experience from Preqin, where she conducted financial analysis of institutional investors across alternative assets.

Julia conducts target research at Aquisor, scanning European markets and profiling acquisition candidates against client investment criteria. She brings four years of M&A research experience from FactSet, where she covered European and global transactions for the institutional client base.

Gerben brings extensive M&A and commercial experience across aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. Formerly Managing Director M&A at EuroDev, he combines transaction expertise with hands- on operational insight.

Dimitar brings deep MedTech expertise spanning surgical supplies, wound care, dental, and orthopaedics. Currently Managing Director of ADVIZIA, he combines commercial advisory with strong sector knowledge across the healthcare value chain.

Louis designs the data infrastructure behind Aquisor's research and outreach operations, including the proprietary system that supports client mandate delivery. He brings a research and engineering background spanning AI systems design, software development and biomedical research at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine.
